Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: Ensure capacity building and training of all staff of TB Control Programme. Coordinate all orientation/ meeting/ events and TB-HIV services at field level.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Practice and promote BRAC Gender Policy. Support implementation of gender equality and women empowerment at all levels
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify training needs of the program, and prepare training plan in collaboration with BRAC team and partners
∎ Coordinate and facilitate trainings/ orientations/ meeting/ workshop/ event throughout the country
∎ Prepare annual report, guideline, power point presentation (PPT), module, circular, technical/ donor report, IEC material etc. relevant with the programme
∎ Prepare pre and post-test questionnaire for each training and submit training report quarterly
∎ Submit training related all documents, bills/ vouchers to the relevant department and check with the monthly financial report accordingly
∎ Communicate and coordinate with government, NGO partners, and other technical partners in terms of developing different national guidelines, SOPs, and communication materials
∎ Taking initiatives for engaging mass media for build up the community awareness on the National TB Control programme
∎ Conduct routine field visits, collect program pictures and case-study from the field, create achieve, and deliver programme people as per need
∎ Conduct regular supervision and monitoring of social mobilization interventions throughout the country extensively, identify challenges and opportunities
∎ Ensure HIV screening among TB patients countrywide, prepare report and analyze the relevant data
∎ Ensure countrywide supply of HIV test-kits and associated commodities from NTP to the field level
∎ Practice and promote BRAC Gender Policy. Support implementation of gender equality and women empowerment at all levels
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent skill in planning and workplan implementation
∎ Excellent skill in Microsoft office applications i.e PowerPoint, MS Excel
∎ Excellent programme presentation and communication skills
∎ Strategy, guidelines, SOPs, training manuals, plan development and implementation
∎ Knowledge on developing ACSM activities, develop and implementing Social Behavioral Change Communication (SBCC) campaigns
∎ Work together with different stakeholders
∎ Ability to multi-task, set priorities effectively, and work in a team setting
∎ Interpersonal Skills
∎ Creative thinking & Team building ability
∎ Planning & organizing
∎ Minimum 3 years' of working experience in the relevant field
