• Professional Certification on Supply Chain Management will be a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work in pressure and dynamic environment.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

• Develop and implement SOPs for store and inventory operations.

• Ensure the store is well-organized and maintained in a clean and orderly condition.

• Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure availability of materials on time.

• Oversee the management of inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess and obsolete inventory.

• Implement inventory control procedures to maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.

• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Utilize ERP systems to manage inventory and store operations effectively.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the store and inventory team to achieve departmental goals.

• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the team.

• Identify training needs and provide necessary training to enhance team capabilities.

• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to material quality or delivery.

• Prepare and present regular reports on inventory status and store performance.
