Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively.
∎ Electrical maintenance of Re-Rolling mill, Induction furnace, continuous casting plant, EOT crane, DC motor, Ac motor water pumps, hydraulic satiations, power factor improvement, panel etc.
∎ Carry out repairs to all types of plant and equipment in a safe, timely and professional manner.
∎ Lead automation activities in the organization related to programmable logic controllers, distributed control system and original equipment manufacturer platforms.
∎ Collaborate with operations, quality and technical colleagues to lead the organization to resolve complex issues and implement solutions related to controls and automation.
∎ Develop and maintain key performance metrics to ensure site and department goals are met, schedule routine, non-routine and emergency work events with other departments to minimize downtime.
∎ Maintain optimum level of inventories of spare parts with right qualities and specifications
∎ Prepare budgets and facilitate/conduct budgetary review meetings as per corporate guidelines effectively.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Practical ideas on 'KAIZEN' practice at factory level.
∎ Knowledge of ERP Management, ISO 9001-2015, MS Office, Auto Cad etc.
