∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Human Resource Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination with management and govt. agencies of various administrative related issues.
∎ Dealing with matters of discipline, Monitoring Security, housekeeping, health, safety and other compliance issues as per Labor & Environmental Law of the land.
∎ Responsible for official correspondence, systematic file management, interaction with high profile local & foreign executives.
∎ Plan and organize administrative activities, establish administrative procedure and control policies.
∎ Able to communicate confidently with local community & govt. law and force agencies with good outcome.
∎ Monitor and ensure HR Activities, disciplinary functions, security, logistics, safety and hygienic mattes and all other disciplinary functions of company.
∎ Ensuring activities in accordance with Labor Law.
∎ To ensure proper training/awareness programs are functioning on a regular basis
∎ Should have a very good command in English
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years

∎ Should have experience in the following area (s): Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, General HR, Organization Development/Process Improvement, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development.
∎ Good Leadership ability, Strong decision making and quick trouble shooting ability
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Should have capability to work under pressure.
