• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) or Textile Engineering with a strong IE & Planning background.

1. Lead the IE & Planning team to achieve production efficiency, quality, and cost targets.

2. Prepare and analyze capacity plans, line layouts, and manpower allocation based on style and buyer requirements.

3. Analyze buyer orders and determine required capacity based on style complexity and SMV.

4. Prepare a detailed line loading plan ensuring on-time delivery and optimal utilization of resources.

5. Ensure timely availability of fabrics, trims, and samples before line input.

6. Follow up on pre-production activities (PP meeting, pilot run, size set, etc.) to avoid line delays.

7. Coordinate with Merchandising, Quality, and Production teams to meet shipment deadlines.

8. Develop and monitor production targets, SMV, and line balancing to ensure optimal output.

9. Conduct method study, time study, and motion analysis to improve productivity.

10. Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, and Technical teams for smooth production execution.

11. Implement Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement (Kaizen, 5S, etc.) practices across the factory.

12. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance and efficiency reports for management review.

13. Identify process bottlenecks and initiate corrective actions to minimize downtime and wastage.

14. Ensure optimum utilization of machines and manpower while maintaining product quality standards.

15. Guide and train the IE & Planning team to enhance technical and analytical capabilities.
