∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all HR, Administrative & Compliance issues of the factory as per labor law benchmarks and preset standards
∎ Ensure all recruitments are made as per the recruitment matrix and in compliance with labor law
∎ Develop Key Result Areas (KRA), and Key Performances Indicators (KPI) for all the employees and ensure performance management systems are in place and implement accordingly
∎ Monitor total payroll process & ensure smooth salary disbursement on time
∎ Check and maintain worker's OT and leave on daily basis and keep records as per compliance requirements for the salary process
∎ Ensure proper performance management systems are followed in the factory
∎ Identify & ensure organized awareness or development training as per requirement
∎ Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per law
∎ Plan & coordinate administrative procedures & systems
∎ Maintain and implement standards for all security, housekeeping, and dining facilities-related issues of the factory
∎ Maintain required compliance issues of the factory and implement as per customer code of conduct
∎ Follow-up customer COC audit to develop factory COC accordingly
∎ Provide preparation guidelines to factories regarding BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, WCA, GOTS, C-TPAT, Environment, Technical, and Social compliance audit
∎ Provide guidelines to develop factories as per ACCORD & ALLIANCE (Fire Safety, Building Safety & Electric Safety) requirements and periodic follow-up
∎ Ensure no child labor; force employment or other non-compliance issues are present in the factories
∎ Develop and implement the plan of action for factories to meet and maintain social compliance standards
∎ Conduct factory pre-acceptance assessment for customer social compliance requirements.
∎ Prepare report for customer audit and prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit report.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority.
