Job Descriptions:
Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with the organization’s goals.
Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, including job analysis, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Manage HR administrative functions, including payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
Develop and implement performance management systems, performance appraisals, identifying key performance indicators, reward system, and so on.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and Bangladesh Bank policies and circulars.
Develop workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
