∎ 12 to 14 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To run the organization smoothly along with procuring fresh business from the Corporate, Multinational clients as well as the SME market and individual clients against a set yearly target.
∎ Sr. GM/ Head of Business is responsible for executing business plan of the company.
∎ Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure that produce the desired results and maximize risk adjusted profitability
∎ Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics
∎ Ensure Sustainable Asset Liability and Liquidity Management.
∎ Minimizing Investment Risk and enhancing Business portfolio.
∎ Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum twelve to fourteen (12 to 14) years of mainstream working experience in Bank/FI. Must have strong capability of Business Development, well versed in credit Management, Recovery and Bank related legal matters.
