∎ The candidate must have hands-on experience with Gerber technology.
∎ Must have working experience in Knit and woven Garments.
∎ Strong knowledge of production processes, machines, and other resources.
∎ Knowledge of pattern-making and garment technology.
∎ Leading and supervising Skill
∎ The candidate must have hands-on experience with Gerber technology.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overlook the execution of sampling and pattern.
∎ Managing the sample development process, planning and allocating capacity in the sample room, and guiding subordinates to resolve any technical issues.
∎ Come across the time limits for all developments and samples with factual quality.
∎ Maintain all types of technical data according to the requirements of customers during sample development.
∎ Guiding to assemble the most effectual consumption for orders and styles using CAD within the timeline and developing, implementing, and enforcing CAD standards.
∎ Coordinating with the Fabric Inspection & Cutting Departments to determine all matters concerning fabric width and markers.
∎ Hand over the styles to the merchandiser along with all the product details and technical information and communicate the development status with the concerned person.
∎ Maintain liaison with customers to resolve technical issues.
∎ Leading Pattern Master, developing prints, embroideries, and washes from the suppliers as per the requirements.
∎ Make sure cost saving by achieving the best efficiency of CAD, and making hundred percent accurate markers.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the management.
