Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: Prepare and monitor the risk registers on accuracies of risk findings. Analyze risk data and risk registers to prepare quarterly risk reports for the head of risk management as well as analyze MIS reports to monitor risk trend and monitor deviations of risk policies, procedures and applied tools.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement risk management framework in different development programme which will include risk measurement, identification, and monitoring the risks
∎ Lead and participate in preparing risk management capacity development training module and suggest proposals for development of the modules based on programme's risk
∎ Analyze risk registers and reports and update head of risk management accordingly on any major findings and deviation of risk
∎ Work with across all programme levels of the organization to understand cross-functional linkages and interdependencies, as well as the implications of risk at both a strategic level and at the operational level
∎ Prepare quarterly and yearly risk management report for the head of risk management and senior management and stakeholders as well
∎ Participate in the risk assessment team for risk assessment of various enterprises and assets of the organization for ensuring better risk compliance
∎ Communicate risk strategy and policies by arranging meetings and seminars on risk management for the beneficiaries and stakeholders
∎ Maintain to update mitigation plan in risk registers
∎ Schedule and arrange periodic programme wise risk coordinator meetings and seminars on Risk Management for the beneficiaries, stakeholders along with maintain meeting minutes and workshop information
∎ Liaison with Business users/ Risk coordinator to prepare Functional specifications also involve in corporate governance external risk reporting to stakeholders
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills in Advance Microsoft Excel
∎ Excellent ability to influence, drive changes and resolve conflicts
∎ Ability to work independently and also in group
∎ Strong skills in analytics and logical reasoning problem solving
∎ Skills in data analysis, report generation and designing, presentation preparing and Bangla typing
∎ Leadership, team building skills and willingness to travel
∎ 3-5 years' of working experience. Experience in development organization/risk management will be an added advantage
