∎ JOB PURPOSE: Provide Insights to different stakeholders and timely support their research requirements. Working with both Quantitative and Qualitative modules and merge their findings to provide more meaningful and accurate insights.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deliver insights based on stakeholder's ad-hoc business requirements
∎ Execute periodic research and impact studies in microfinance
∎ Execute pilot project and provide primary findings
∎ Deliver insights based on gathered data
∎ Create and manage partnerships with external stakeholders
∎ Identify key needs of internal stakeholders and deliver accordinly
∎ Present Research findings to relevant stakeholders
∎ Design research studies, analyze data and prepare reports
Additional Requirements:
∎ Expertise in Microsoft Office, SPSS, and usage of different online data collection platforms
∎ Excellent knowledge of data mining, data processing, questionnaire scripting, and report preparation
∎ Excellent communications skill
∎ Knowledge of business/product knowledge, research design and sampling, basic research knowledge
∎ Execute research requirements from scratch till final insights delivery to stakeholders.
∎ Minimum 01 year of working experience is required
