∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Requite & training sales people as per company requirement
∎ Modifying current recruiting procedures or developing new procedures as needed.
∎ Monitoring key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures.
∎ Supervising and providing overall guidance to the recruitment process.
∎ Evaluating the performance of the recruitment manpower.
∎ Regularly attending conferences, seminars, job fairs, and other industry events
∎ to network and develop long-lasting professional relationships.
∎ Liaising with company department heads to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs.
∎ Reviewing and selecting suitable job advertising options.
∎ Conducting interviews with job applicants and creating a shortlist of suitable candidates.
∎ Communicate with Candidates to inform regarding written test & interview.
∎ Arrange & Conduct Interview in accordance with recruitment compliance.
∎ Ensure pre interview briefing and guidance to panel members.
∎ Ensure ATC & Reference check/pre-employment check as per compliance for all
∎ selected candidates
∎ Ensure offer processing and updating the tracker about their joining status.
∎ Prepare Recruitment process files and update time to time and close with necessary approvals after completing the recruitment process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must be well experience for sale people hiring. If not mass this requirements, please don't need to applying this position.
Salary: Negotiable
