- Candidate must know about Commercial Import of Mobile phone Industries or Electrical & Electronics Industries.
- But Experience in Mobile Phone Industries will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Main Preferable in Mobile Manufacture Industries.
- Must know Imports related to all activities, calculate purchase orders related to VAT, and TAX, and Communicate with C&F agents, Indentor & Mobile related foreign sellers or mobile equipment manufacturers/Suppliers.
- Identify suitable suppliers and negotiate for the best value without compromising the quality & specifications.
- Develop alternative sources of supply in both local and foreign markets & maintain a smart suppliers database.
- Communicate with the factory for materials status and other factors regularly.
- Regularly monitor supplier’s performance & build up best business relationships with preferred suppliers.
- Execute, Monitor, and manage Letters and Credit (LCs) related work which includes the opening of L/Cs, Monitoring shipments, organizing shipping documents, and custom clearing.
- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.
- To coordinate with the Accounts & Finance department regularly for shipment schedule and fund management activities.
