• Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry

M.Sc in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry from any recognized University

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Toiletries, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

• Age At most 45 years

• At least 10 years of experience preferably in hygiene / paper / pharmaceuticals / consumer products manufacturing industry

• Should have good communication skill, hardworking and ability to work under pressure

• Age and educational qualification may be relaxed for highly potential candidates

SMC Enterprise Ltd has a vacancy for the following permanent position for Health & Hygiene Factory, Cumilla:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review all analytical reports of RMs, PMs, finished products & release accordingly

• Allocate and monitor day to day routine activities of QC personnel

• Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, policies and set standards for quality, health & safety

• Arrange the sampling and analyze the various stages of process and cleaning validation of equipment

• Ensure the quality of finished products and release the standard products only

• Provide suggestions for changes, improvements and their implementation

• Monitor performance using relevant data and produce statistical reports

• Ensure the calibration and maintenance of QC and microbiology lab instruments and other apparatus

• Maintain all controlled documents files and test records accurately and promptly

• Analyze market complaints, identify root causes and coordinate remedies with the production department

• Co-ordinate with MR (Management Representative) to comply the overall activity of Health & Hygiene factory with ISO 9001:2015

• Perform any other task assigned by the management.
