∎ Ability to interact and build relationships work as a team having strong presentation and delivery skills to detail and accuracy and Special prefer will be given for work with Buyer Primark.
∎ Job Location: Chandra(Pollibiddut),Kaliakoir, Gazipur.
∎ Salary Range: Negotiable (Based on Skill and Knowledge).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. To ensure quality concern people work independently for all quality control activities including quality control, quality assurance, audit, In-process inspection, in line inspection, traffic light system, skip bundle, Root cause analysis, preventive & corrective action to make the system more effective and sustainable.
∎ 2. Accountable for monitoring operations to ensure that can meet production standards based on customers' requirement throughout the factory manufacturing process and examine products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications, take challenges and equipped with necessary drive based on KPI, motivation and hunger to make a bench mark in garments industry.
∎ 3. Play role as administrative in charge of whole QA/QC team activities.
∎ 4. Setting QA/QC compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ 5. To ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
∎ 6. Develop and lead Quality Assurance by configuring world class Garment manufacturing and operating profit to the company.
∎ 7. Compile quality control reports, create statistical process control metrics, manage non-conformity material discrepancy reports, and recommend continuous improvement activities.
∎ 8. Making effective plans for quality assurance of the factory to ensure that quality of the garments delivered to the buyers are 100% in line with their requirement.
∎ 9. Plan and handle quality assurance procedure in a way that ensures minimum involvement of time, manpower and other resources while delivering the optimum quality Represent the company in buying offices to clarify quality related issues, as & when required Report any deviation in QA system to the management.
∎ 10. Evaluating final output of products to determine their production quality as per work order.
∎ 11. Control and guide the daily work and ensure the Quality of the Daily activities.
∎ 12. Investigation and follow-up on buyer claims and ensure satisfaction.
∎ 13. Implementing quality management systems, quality plans, and controls to achieve objectives.
∎ 14. Implement CAPA- Corrective Action Preventive Action to drive the factory towards more preventive actions.
∎ 15. Coordinate with production, IE, Merchandising, Finishing & other related departments.
∎ 16. Train and develop the assigned staff to provide specific knowledge.
∎ 17. Monitoring section-wise quality activity.
∎ 18. Training section-wise quality activity.
∎ 19. Other tasks assigned by Management.
