Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the development of new styles from concept to production, working closely with the design team to bring innovative ideas to life while ensuring feasibility in manufacturing.
Oversee the creation of samples, ensuring they meet specifications and adjust designs as necessary based on technical limitations, possible risks factors & manufacturing feasibility.
Manage product development timelines, ensuring deadlines are met for seasonal launches.
Carrying out on the job trainings & scheduled technical trainings for PD members depending on the evaluation findings.
