∎ Skills Required: Garments measuring skill, good communication skill, Quality Assurance (Cutting), Quality controlling, Skills of problem on quality issues

∎ 7 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Knit Quality Qontroller, Quality manager
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Full responsibility for quality function within the location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing.
∎ First output review against the sample. Follow up first output garment measurement report
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Participate to PP meeting to identify the risk of all new styles.
∎ Work with PP team to make sure all quality issues were addressed before line start.
∎ Conduct style review meeting with sewing line team.
∎ Need to finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to Quality Inspectors & Quality Supervisors.
∎ If any style runs in more than one-line approved; duplicate trim card for each line.
∎ Ensure First In line after minimum 100pcs output.
∎ Monitor the DHU report to identify the continued defects and work with respective production team to get it correct.
∎ Work with respective cross functional teams on corrective actions if any failures found in above processes.
∎ Discuss buying office Inline inspection findings should with cross functional teams to get the corrective actions.
∎ Perform daily GEMBA walk & conduct process audit.
∎ Report any process deviation and take corrective action with team.
∎ Perform plan problem solving & continuous improvement session weekly with the Team member
∎ Develop the quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the garments.
∎ Develops and maintains quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Manager of Manufacturing.
∎ If any discrepancies happen need to inform QA Manager to get action.
