Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct sample analysis and plan proper pre-production activities; follow up across all lines
Identify and arrange special machine requirements and pre-settings for all lines
Plan and arrange folder requirements for all lines
Develop, execute, and follow up on process combination plans for all lines
Arrange critical operation training and manpower interchange plans for all lines
Prepare and follow up on APW improvement plans for all lines
Monitor test cuts to identify any difficulties in pre-planned methods and implement solutions for all lines
Drive process standardization through video analysis, maintain a data bank, and suggest optimized methods
Prepare Operation Bulletin (OB) with proper line balancing for all lines
Prepare QCO presentations and conduct QCO meetings.
Any other task assigned by management.
