Responsibilities & Context:
Manage daily store operations by receiving, storing, issuing, and recording trims & accessories with 100% accuracy.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy ≥98% while supporting timely material issuance to production.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports using ERP/Excel and update inventory status on time.
Organize storage systems to reduce item retrieval time and improve operational efficiency.
Operate ERP systems to track inventory, maintain records, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
