Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation

• Operate HP Indigo 7 Color Digital Printing Machine efficiently.

• Set up jobs (paper size, layout, color profile, registration).

• Ensure smooth printing process without interruption.

Color Management & Quality Control

• Ensure accurate color matching as per buyer/sample (Pantone standard).

• Monitor print quality (registration, sharpness, density).

• Identify and correct issues like color variation, misalignment, banding.

Pre-Press & File Handling

• Check print files before production (PDF, artwork alignment).

• Coordinate with design/pre-press team for corrections.

• Ensure proper RIP and color calibration.

Material Handling

• Handle different types of paper (art paper, sticker, board paper).

• Ensure correct GSM and material selection.

• Monitor ink/consumable usage.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform daily/weekly machine cleaning and maintenance.

• Identify technical faults and coordinate with maintenance/vendor.

• Maintain machine calibration and performance.

Production & Reporting

• Achieve daily production targets.

• Maintain production reports, wastage, and downtime records.

• Coordinate with QA and planning team.

Compliance & Safety

• Follow machine safety and operational guidelines.

• Maintain 5S and workplace discipline.

• Ensure compliance with factory policies.
