Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct time & motion study for finishing processes.
Calculate SMV and plan capacity based on targets.
Balance manpower and improve line efficiency.
Monitor productivity and reduce bottlenecks.
Optimize finishing layout for smooth workflow.
Control cost and improve utilization.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Planning teams.
Train operators on standard methods.
Implement Lean tools (5S, Kaizen) for continuous improvement.
Ensure safety and compliance in finishing area.
Any other task assigned by management
