Salary: Negotiable

Experience:

• 4 to 6 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• Certification from Tesco (TCQC certified)Experience in garments quality (2–5 years preferred).

• 4 to 6 years

• Age 22 to 25 years

• Good knowledge of AQL, inspection process .

• Basic English communication skills Knowledge of fabric, sewing, finishing .

• Strong technical knowledge in quality system.

• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.

• Good inter-personal & communication skills.

1. Quality Inspection:

• Check garments/products as per Tesco quality standards

• Ensure no defects before shipment

2. Compliance Monitoring:

• Follow Tesco technical and ethical requirements

• Maintain safety and compliance rules in production

3. Product Approval:

• Approve samples (PP sample, TOP sample, shipment sample)

• Ensure all specs match buyer requirements

4. Documentation:

• Prepare quality reports and inspection records

• Maintain audit and compliance documents

5. Production Monitoring:

• Monitor inline and final inspection

• Identify problems and suggest solutions

6. Coordination:

• Work with production, IE, and QA teams

• Communicate with buyers if required

7. Defect Control:

• Identify root causes of defects

• Ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

• Annual leave encasement.

• Salary review (Yearly).
