Experience:

Asst. Manager: 5–7 years

(Must have experience in Sweater / Knit / RMG industry)

  • Strong knowledge of compliance standards (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, etc.)

  • Good understanding of Bangladesh Labor Law

  • Experience in handling multiple buyer audits

  • Good communication skills in English

  • Proficiency in MS Office



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring overall compliance of the factory in line with buyer requirements, local labor laws, and international standards within the sweater manufacturing environment. The role involves audit preparation, policy implementation, and continuous improvement of compliance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full compliance with buyer codes of conduct, social & ethical standards

  • Prepare and face audits (e.g., buyer, third-party, certification audits)

  • Implement and monitor compliance policies, procedures, and SOPs

  • Ensure adherence to Bangladesh Labor Law and regulatory requirements

  • Conduct internal audits and compliance gap analysis

  • Coordinate with different departments (HR, Admin, Production, Safety)

  • Maintain documentation related to compliance and audits

  • Monitor workplace safety, health, and environmental standards

  • Provide training and awareness programs on compliance issues

  • Follow up on corrective action plans (CAP) and ensure timely closure
