• Overall Responsible for Production (Sewing) Department

• Responsible for daily production and work to achieve production target with buyer required quality standard.

• Strictly follow up hourly production and work for increasing productivity.

• Monitoring Sewing and finishing FPY & Efficiency to achieve highest quality & productivity. 

• Increasing production and ensure maximum utilization of resources and minimizing unnecessary cost.

•  To monitor and control materials, equipment and accessories in sewing and Iron section to be ready for daily operation.

• Monitor sewing and finishing production and ensure minimum utilization of man, machine and material in the sewing section.

• Checking whether technical information are conveyed properly to route level in case of both new layout and any style changes.

• Keep liaison with Cutting, QAD, IED, PPC, MCD, WHS, VAP, Merchandising and team for smooth sewing and finishing production.

• Supervising, leading and managing production process and employees to guide them for higher productivity along with keeping good relations with all staffs and sewer to ensure attendance.

• To ensure Sewing Section’s discipline and 6S requirement.
