Experience:
Overall Responsible for UNIQLO and other Japanese Buyers Quality Assurance Department
Implement and ensure proper methods are followed in quality and inspection systems.
Control defects by needlepoint & all inline activities to maintain customer recommended inline quality systems.
Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions in sewing section.
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
Attend PP Meeting to identify and suggest critical points and understand the processes.
Communicate the Quality Requirements to the Quality Inspectors and Checkers.
Coordinate with Production Supervisors and Manager to show the new guideline or existing guidelines of QAD processes.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
Guide to the quality control team through on-the-job training by following quality SOP, tools, and techniques.
Communicate the Top defects with relevant team.
Maintain 6S and QMS in Quality processes and places.
