Job Purpose
Conduct regular audits of the dyeing, finishing, and utility sections to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), reduce process loss, and enhance Right First Time (RFT) percentages.
Key Responsibilities
Process Auditing: Conduct, regular, and surprise audits in dyeing, finishing, and utility sections (ETP, DM plant) to monitor compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
Process Loss Analysis: Monitor and audit dyeing addition, topping, RFT%, and Economic Batch Quantity (EBQ) to optimize efficiency.
Inventory Control: Perform physical inventory checks (dyes, chemicals, greige fabric) and reconcile with ledger balances to identify discrepancies.
Re-process Monitoring: Audit and analyze the rate of re-dyeing and re-finishing to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Cost Analysis: Perform costing and variance analysis between pre-costing and actual production costs.
Documentation: Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, root cause analysis (RCA), and recommendations for management review.
