Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Technician (Tailoring) / Production Supervisor responsible for machine setup, technical support, and production planning. The candidate will play a key role in improving efficiency, ensuring quality, and maintaining smooth production flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust sewing machines based on fabric and styles

• Troubleshoot sewing issues (thread breakage, skipped stitches, etc.)

• Support operators with technical guidance

• Improve sewing methods to increase efficiency and reduce defects

• Ensure machine maintenance and safety compliance

• Maintain sewing quality as per buyer standards

• Train operators on machines and techniques

• Support Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production plans

• Support line loading, scheduling, and monitor production progress

• Identify delivery risks and suggest solutions

• Analyze production data and coordinate with departments

Requirements

• Diploma in Textile/Garments or relevant field

• 2–5 years of experience in garment production/technical role

• Strong knowledge of sewing machines and production processes

• Good problem-solving and communication skills

আমরা একজন দক্ষ টেকনিশিয়ান (টেইলারিং) / প্রোডাকশন সুপারভাইজার খুঁজছি, যিনি মেশিন সেটআপ, কারিগরি সহায়তা এবং প্রোডাকশন পরিকল্পনার দায়িত্ব পালন করবেন। এই পদে কাজের দক্ষতা বৃদ্ধি, গুণগত মান নিশ্চিতকরণ এবং প্রোডাকশন কার্যক্রম সুষ্ঠুভাবে পরিচালনায় গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রাখতে হবে।

মূল দায়িত্বসমূহ

• ফেব্রিক ও স্টাইল অনুযায়ী সেলাই মেশিন সেটআপ ও সমন্বয় করা

• সেলাই সমস্যার সমাধান করা (থ্রেড ছেঁড়া, সেলাই বাদ পড়া ইত্যাদি)

• অপারেটরদের কারিগরি সহায়তা প্রদান করা

• সেলাই পদ্ধতি উন্নয়ন করে দক্ষতা বৃদ্ধি ও ত্রুটি কমানো

• মেশিন রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ ও নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করা

• ক্রেতার মানদণ্ড অনুযায়ী সেলাইয়ের গুণগত মান নিশ্চিত করা

• অপারেটরদের প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান করা

• দৈনিক, সাপ্তাহিক ও মাসিক প্রোডাকশন পরিকল্পনা প্রস্তুত করা

• লাইন লোডিং ও শিডিউলিং-এ সহায়তা এবং প্রোডাকশন অগ্রগতি পর্যবেক্ষণ করা

• ডেলিভারি ঝুঁকি চিহ্নিত করে সমাধান প্রস্তাব করা

• প্রোডাকশন ডাটা বিশ্লেষণ এবং বিভিন্ন বিভাগের সাথে সমন্বয় করা

যোগ্যতা

• টেক্সটাইল/গার্মেন্টস বা সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে ডিপ্লোমা/স্নাতক

• ৩–৫ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা

• সেলাই মেশিন ও প্রোডাকশন প্রসেস সম্পর্কে ভালো জ্ঞান

• সমস্যা সমাধান ও যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা
