Responsibilities & Context:
Key Requirements
Sound knowledge of Export & Import procedures and processes under EPZ regulations.
Capable of handling and coordinating Customs and BEPZA-related processes and documentation.
Maintain and update Bond Registers, including In-Bond and Ex-Bond transactions.
Maintain proper filing systems and documentation for Export, Import, Customs, BEPZA and related activities.
Coordinate with transport providers, labour, courier services and C&F Agents for smooth operational activities.
Skilled in loading, unloading and labour management, ensuring safe and efficient handling of goods and materials.
Responsible for sourcing and purchasing raw materials, consumables and safety items as required.
Handle banking-related work and VAT submission, including maintaining necessary supporting documents and records.
