Education:

B.Sc. in Textile Engineering

(Major in Apparel Manufacturing / Industrial Production / Quality Control preferred)

Additional Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Buyer Quality Standards, SOP, GPQ, and Inspection Systems

  • Practical experience with JCPenney product requirements & quality standards

  • Experience working with Centric Brands quality systems and compliance procedures

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Inline Inspection

    • Pre-Final Inspection

    • Final Inspection

    • Self-Inspection System

  • Ability to communicate effectively with Buyer QA, Local Office & Home Office

  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capability

  • Excellent reporting, documentation, and presentation skills

  • Capable of working cross-functionally with Production, Merchandising & Technical teams

  • Good written & verbal English communication skills



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Act as Buyer’s Nominated Quality Assurance (NQA) Representative inside factory

  • Ensure compliance with buyer manuals, product specifications, and quality procedures

  • Coordinate with Buyer QA teams, Local Offices, and Home Offices

  • Lead Pre-Production Meetings (PPM) with buyers and internal teams

  • Monitor quality from Raw Material In-House → Cutting → Sewing → Finishing → Final Shipment

  • Prepare and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAP)

  • Ensure timely submission of:

    • Fit Samples

    • PP Samples

    • Production Samples

    • Shipment Samples

  • Support and manage buyer quality visits, audits, and inspections

  • Analyze inline, pre-final & final inspection results

  • Ensure corrective actions are implemented within timeline

  • Provide clear quality direction to Production & Section Heads

  • Improve overall Product Quality Assurance System

  • Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management
