Job Context:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager / AGM – Industrial Engineering (IE) to lead IE functions for a Woven/Denim Garments Factory. The role will focus on driving productivity, optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring cost-effective production.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Industrial Engineering (IE) function to improve production efficiency and optimize resource utilization.
Conduct time study, motion study, and method improvement to establish accurate SMV.
Drive line balancing, capacity planning, and manpower optimization.
Monitor and improve line efficiency, productivity, and operational KPIs.
Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S).
Work closely with production, planning, and merchandising teams to ensure on-time delivery (OTD).
Ensure accurate costing inputs (SMV, efficiency, machine layout) for business competitiveness.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
Lead and develop IE team members through training, coaching, and performance management.
Support management with analytical reports and recommendations for productivity improvement.
