• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or Apparel Design

• 4 to 6 years

• 4–6 years of experience in menswear design (preferably in retail/fashion brands)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in men’s fashion

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW/CLO 3D, or similar tools
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, fit, and measurements
• Ability to translate trends into marketable designs
• Good communication, time management, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop original menswear designs (ethnic, casual, and semi-formal collections)
• Create design concepts, tech packs, color palettes, and mood/style boards
• Collaborate with merchandising and production teams for accurate sampling and timely delivery
• Research trends, fabrics, fits, and market demand to ensure commercially successful designs
• Coordinate with photoshoot, styling, and branding teams
• Supervise fittings, sampling, and final production approvals
