∎ 2/3 years of Digital Marketing Experience will get priority.
∎ 1/2 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role will be considered an added advantage.
∎ Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Basic Computer skills with knowledge of MS Office.Proactive, fast learner, and passion about sales.
∎ Excellent communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain and verify branch cash sales records, record daily transactions in the Spreadsheet, Ensure accurate cash handover and reconciliation with POS systems.
∎ Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, Cross-check sales data from outlets and identify discrepancies, Coordinate with branch teams for timely and correct data submission.
∎ Monitor bank deposits of daily sales, maintain vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents, Assist with petty cash management and expense tracking.
∎ Support internal audits by providing accurate and updated records, ensure all accounting practices comply with company policies.
∎ Work closely with the Branch Manager, Head Office Accounts, and Audit teams, Ensure smooth flow of information between outlets and the finance team.

∎ We’re currently looking for a dedicated and proactive Business Development Executive, is responsible for overseeing the process of business development within their company to promote its longevity. Their duties include working closely with other company executives and management teams, meeting with potential business partners and maintaining existing client relationships and monitoring market trends to come up with new business ventures.
