• Age 32 to 48 years
• Only Male

• At least 3 years of proven leadership experience in the packaging section of an export-oriented garment manufacturing factory.

• Strong practical knowledge of garment packaging requirements, safety compliance and warehouse/ production operations.

• Good computer literacy with the ability to maintain records and reports.

·       Prepare and maintain accurate packing lists and all shipment-related documentation as per buyer requirements.

·       Supervise and manage the packing team to ensure timely, efficient and quality operations.

·       Plan packaging activities in line with production schedules and shipment deadlines.

·       Monitor packing quality, carton markings, labeling and ensure shipment readiness.

·       Coordinate with merchandiser, production, QA, warehouse and logistics teams for smooth operations.

·       Ensure proper use of packaging materials, maintain inventory records and arrange timely requisitions.

·       Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce defects, wastage and costs.

·       Enforce safety standards, ensure SOP compliance and report packaging activities to management.

·       Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support business operations.
