We are looking for a results-oriented line supervisor/line officer to manage our company`s production line, will be setting up the production line to complete specific orders, overseeing assembly line workers and ensuring that orders are completed on time and within budget. He/she should ambitious to grow his/her carrier in root label in production and technical knowledge.
Hard working & monitoring prescribed jobs with the worker. Practically do better than the worker & take control over workers & section. Learn very carefully the product quality & work process from the trainers, respective superiors, instruction manuals. Making a work plan daily in the morning & making meeting with the line workers. Give properly the instructions to the line workers for the whole day work. Make the time slot for every process how long the workers need to complete every process & follow up very strictly that they are finishing their process by the scheduled time. Motivate the workers to perform better & to increase productivity. Guide the workers to follow properly all the rules, to respect others & to maintain discipline. Give regularly the feedback of the workers to the reporting boss. Work with everybody like a family. Reporting all important updates to the Production Manager.
