• Shahjalal University of Science & Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve production processes & workflow

• Conduct time & motion study (SMV calculation)

• Line balancing & efficiency improvement

• Identify bottlenecks and reduce production loss

• Implement lean manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, etc.)

• Monitor daily production performance & KPIs

• Prepare capacity planning & production reports

• Work closely with Production, Quality & Planning teams

• Ensure cost reduction & productivity improvement

🔹 Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Industrial Engineering tools

• Skilled in SMV, Line Balancing, Capacity Planning

• Good command in Excel & data analysis

• Problem-solving & analytical thinking

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma basics

🔹 Additional Requirements

• Experience in Garments / Accessories (Offset, PFL, Woven) will be an advantage

• Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus

• Good communication & teamwork skill
