Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes are completed within agreed timelines with full compliance and documentation
Maintain 100% accurate and up-to-date employee personal files, including service book, leave, promotion, increment, and separation records of any change
Process final settlements working days of separation and ensure 100% accuracy in salary disbursement with minimal corrections
Effectively manage leave and absenteeism by maintaining absenteeism within set targets and conducting timely counseling for irregular attendance
Regularly monitor floor housekeeping, safety, and compliance (including sharp tools management and buyer COC) to ensure zero major non-compliance issues
Conduct monthly root cause analysis of employee turnover and implement corrective actions to achieve targeted reduction while resolving grievances in accordance with labor law;
Ensure workplace discipline through continuous monitoring and reduction of disciplinary incidents by defined targets
Maintain accurate, updated, and audit-ready documentation for all HR activities
Perform weekly overtime (OT) analysis, coordinating with department heads to optimize OT usage in line with budget and operational efficiency targets.
