∎ BBA or Masters/ MBA in a reputed University/ Institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Monthly and Yearly Functional Training Calendars.
∎ Develop, implement, and monitor training programs in institute.
∎ Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness and report to Management team.
∎ Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions.
∎ Ensures that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget.
∎ Performs other related duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Marketing Training
∎ Experience in will get preference.
∎ Good Knowledge of English
∎ Good Knowledge of Computer (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
∎ Excellent Communication skills.
∎ Knowledge in mobile technology can be added value in this role.
