• Coordinating and communicating with the customer on product related issues pertaining to fit, construction, technical specifications, and raw materials.

• Clarifying the requirements and recommending alternative value-added options to the customer to arrive at a mutually beneficial solution.

• Keeping abreast of the developments in the garment manufacturing arena and related technological areas; assessing feasibility for use at the factory and advising the management on these developments.

• Managing Product Development Center includes Garment Tech / Pattern Tech and Costing Front.

• Managing the embellishment requirements of the apparel manufacturing sites by ensuring on time supply of all the value-added services.

• Analyzing sketches and samples, understanding customer requirements and guiding the team to develop samples, accordingly, ensuring the viability of bulk production.

• Conceptualizing and creating marketable and production-viable product prototypes to expand the offered product portfolio.

• Selecting and evaluating Embellishment units as Washing, Embroidery and Placement Printing, Capacity Planning for all customers with embellishers.

• Ensure all the Raw Materials are supplied to the respective manufacturing facility through central warehouse.

• Coordinating With customers and Embellishers on Technical executions of different products and approvals.
