Requirements

Education

•             B.Sc. in Engineering, preferably in EEE, Mechanical, or Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) or in any other relevant discipline from a reputed institution.

Experience

•             At least 10 years

             The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Garments, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.) Central AC Plant-

             HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioner)

             VRF (Variable Refrigeration Flow) AC (Air Conditioner

             Cold Chain Freezer/Chiller room

             VAC (Vapor Absorption Chiller)

             Industrial Dehumidifier

                Plumbing system

             Electrical Service- Electrical wiring

Responsibilities & Context

SINAN Engineering Co. Ltd, one of Bangladesh’s most diversified and innovation-driven conglomerates, is inviting applications for the position of MANAGER Production & Service for its various business units.

The position demands an experienced, strategic, and performance-driven professional who can lead large-scale manufacturing operations, drive process excellence, ensure product quality, and build a culture of continuous improvement across the assigned business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

•             Lead and oversee end-to-end operational functions: Production, Quality, Maintenance, SCM, and Planning.

•             Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve productivity, quality, and cost objectives.

•             Monitor and control key operational KPIs to ensure efficiency and resource optimization.

•             Collaborate closely with Business Head, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sales teams to align operations with business goals.

•             Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation across all operational units.
