KEY SKILLS/ Duty & Responsibilities.

             Requirements

             Education

•             BSc in Engineering (ME, EEE)

•             Bachelor’s/master’s in marketing, Communications, PR, or BBA, MBA (Marketing) from Govt. Approved Institutions.

Training Experience:

1.            Training in Marketing

Computer Literacy:

Auto CAD, MS Project, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point), MS Outlook, Internet browsing.

Language Proficiency:

         Mother Language                                 : Bengali (Native)

         Foreign Language                                : English (Speak, Read & Write)

Experience

5 to 8 years

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering work Production & Service or related field Marketing work

             Central AC Plant-

             HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioner)

             VRF (Variable Refrigeration Flow) AC (Air Conditioner

             Cold Chain Freezer/Chiller room

             VAC (Vapor Absorption Chiller)

             Industrial Dehumidifier

             ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant)

             CGS (Co Generation System) Absorption Chiller

                Plumbing system

             Electrical Service- Electrical wiring

Additional Requirements

•             5 – 10 years of practical experience in sales & marketing (HVAC System and Real Estate Background).

•             Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

•             Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

•             Self-motivated with leadership qualities and a result-oriented mindset.
