Educational Requirements:
∎ Bsc/BBA/MBA or Engineering in Air Conditioning Technology (Educational Segment flexible with HVAC Project Selling Experience)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Negotiation and Convince Skill, Sales Operations, Strong leadership
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Lead the whole sales, operation & technical support Team Members
∎ Plan, organize, Train and monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objective
∎ Develop & implement sales operation in the organization
∎ Develop strategic sales plan along to exploit potential regional markets
∎ Achieve Company Business targets as per business plan
∎ Regular Visit all Govt. Private Offices and collect information of all ongoing and upcoming projects.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Market report on sales.
∎ Maintain a good relationship with company's existing customers and create new.
∎ Implement and evaluate product launching and promotional activities
∎ Keep the team member motivated to attain any assign job.
∎ Build strong network building in the segment of Traders and End users.
∎ Report preparation (Sales, Credit, Competitor, Product etc.) at least once in every 3 months
∎ Keep up to date information of competitor's products and ensure fair communication from customers to Management and Management to Customers
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 8-10 years of Experience in a senior leadership role in Sales Operation & Business Development
∎ Working Experience in Cold Room Machinery or industrial Machineries & Equipment.
∎ Communication skills in talking with Local & Foreign People.
∎ Have a Good Network in Corporate Industrial Management in Food Processing, Frozen Item Processing & FMCG sectors in Bangladesh
∎ Ability to read machine and plant blue-prints and other technical drawings
Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 - 45000 (Monthly)
∎ 35K- 45K (Attractive Package for Experience Person)
Compensation & Other Benefits:

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Sales Commission
