∎ B.Sc. Eng. in IPE / Mechanical Eng.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with the operation & planning team to ensure meet the lead time from the manufacturing end.
∎ Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
∎ Work with planners to ensure better utilization of machines & manpower to increase efficiency.
∎ Monitor & coordinate among cutting, sewing, finishing, IE & Quality departments function;
∎ Ensure proper control over the inventory to avoid overstocking & understocking to minimize wastage of material.
∎ Methods of analysis must be in consideration to minimizing the cost of production and improving the productivity of the concern
∎ Ensure that the product will be cost-effective by estimating costs and negotiating and agreeing with budgets.
∎ Ensure maintaining the required quality & standard of the product.
∎ Develop required SOP & policy for smooth operation
∎ Ensure all reports, records & registers preparation are maintained & informed to the concerned authority.
∎ Ensure maintaining the required quality & standard of the product.
∎ Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.

∎ Age at least 32 years

∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.

∎ Should be an excellent team leader and very sharp, smart, with a fair personality
∎ Work experience on knit, woven & denim products
