∎ Textile / Science / Business graduate/ mathematics from any reputed public or Private University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordinate with CS & Production departments on all aspects.
∎ Collect customer order data from CS & plan Production schedule in consultation with Production Dept. heads and intimate all concerned.
∎ Collect authentic info from production floor and review everyday production, machine wise against plan.
∎ Follow up & maintain complete Production Orders details & prepare reports for better and timely decision making.
∎ Responsibility of Capacity booking & update.
∎ Analyses statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product.
∎ Regulate and alter workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to expedite production operations.
∎ Co-ordination and follow up for sample development & PP sample requirements.
∎ Need co-operation with all of production team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good writing and oral Communication skills particularly in Bangla and English.
∎ Computer skill on MS Office/ Excel is must.

Salary: Negotiable
