∎ Coordinate with various departments including procurement, quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and product quality to meet customer demands and regulatory requirements.
∎ Implement and enforce safety protocols and standards to create a safe working environment for all employees.
∎ Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
