Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute the plans and reach the target set by the company as well as buyer required standard.
∎ Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
∎ Manage all task for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass and on time shipment.
∎ Coordinate all department for smooth manufacturing.
∎ Closely monitor production get the best possible output along with give proper direction in the floor.
∎ Strictly follow up hourly production and work for increasing.
∎ Lead all production staffs from the front and having good command on them.
∎ Always have to communicate with the CS and planning team and solve every production issue.
∎ Achieve maximum production by cost minimization.
∎ Critical Balancing of lines as required by the styles and capable of utilizing operators to do multiple operations to complete the production.
∎ Experienced to work with latest compliance system.
∎ Ensuring Optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity.
∎ Waste reduction through training operators and work process improvement.
∎ Preparation of periodical production performance reports for sharing with departmental Head as well as top management.
∎ Ensure that all equipment, materials and supplies are readily and continuously available to carry out production processes.
∎ Strictly have to follow labor laws, industrial safety, and social compliance and human rights standards in the department.
∎ Any other assignment given by the Top management.
