Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and Organizing: Operations manager is responsible for developing and implementing operational plans and strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
∎ Managing budgets and resources responsible for managing budgets and ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to meet operational needs
∎ Ensuring profitability & quality control: Operations manager must ensure that products or services meet quality standards and customer expectations. Must ensure gross margin as per company demand
∎ Managing relationships with stakeholders: Operations manager maintain relationships with suppliers, customers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective operations
∎ Oversee and Coordinate with Production and Engineering Team to meet the Organizational need
∎ Oversee and Coordinate with Factory, Sales and Marketing team. Take orders from COO and arrange to implement
∎ Overall report all business elements to COO and if needed to the top management and implement orders from COO

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
