Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Production schedule as per requirement of management.
∎ Supervise shift-wise production and operation of edible oil refinery.
∎ Track whole process and maintain smooth process by monitoring SCADA system.
∎ Inspect equipment to determine nature and location of malfunction like faulty valves, breakages, leaks and any kind of interruption that impair smooth production.
∎ Monitoring scheduled and running process related maintenance work.
∎ Maintain daily production log Sheet and chemical usage reports.
∎ Keep communication with Quality Control department.
∎ Look after storage tank, housekeeping as well as ensure health and safety.
∎ Conduct timely training for technical staffs to minimize hazards.
∎ Cooperation with store & lab dept. during crude oil receiving and surveyor correspondent.
∎ Supervising of manpower (Shit In-charge, Sr. Operator, Process Operator, Operator, Mechanical Fitter and Helper).
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation, Production & Maintenance of Edible Oil Industries.
∎ Experience Required: minimum 15 years for Diploma Engineer and 10 years for B. Sc. Engineer.
∎ Sound written and verbal communication in English & Bangla.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical ability, and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Should have capability to work independently & lead the team.
