∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing new product by comprehensive research, analysis and strategies.
∎ Analyze market, consumer, competitors, profitability and develop strategies for existing and new product.
∎ Ensuring financial gain from new and existing product line by continuous improvement and development.
∎ Develop and propose efficient business model for the new and existing product lines.
∎ Communicate with external sources, conduct meetings with suppliers to explore new product development opportunities.
∎ Analyze competitive market to add value to everyday business decisions namely pricing, new SKU development, and category development.
∎ Liaison with raw material, machineries suppliers for new product development.
∎ Working closely with marketing, sales and finance dept. for business growth.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have proven track record of working in product development, business development dept. of renowned organizations.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about the market of food commodity (Rice, edible oil, Sugar, Salt, spice and etc.) items.
∎ Abilities to do market research and reporting.
∎ Any degree on Research and product development will be given preference.
∎ Advanced communication skill (written and verbal) in English.
