CAD is required.Excellent leadership qualities, proven ability to motivate and bring out the best in people. Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic.Position will be decided based on experience.Strong presentation and delivery skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection·Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for Product Development (PD/R & D), Technical services, commercialization’s, process development & trouble free bulk production through Collaboration with different buyer development team, as well as vendors and suppliers.
Work closely with cross function team, work out new solutions to support product design, consumption, costing, margin quality as well as OTD & FTR.
Ensure all prototypes, salesman samples, CFM samples, testing samples, Fitting samples etc. are delivered on time, meeting margin expectations.
Maintain related system and data management as per customer standard.
Seek out opportunities on latest footwear trends and manufacturing processes, Automation and techniques.
New products are tested to ensure that they meet brand standards for fit and product integrity.
Risk analysis & forecast of upcoming challenges for upcoming orders & take proactive actions accordingly.
Cost saving & initiatives, re-engineering of repeat orders, reuse of available tooling, Reduction of COGS consume stock materials. To conduct commercialization and production trial procedures to ensure the SOP is to be well implemented. To oversee full size grading of all new production shoes to achieve model & Extreme fit approval and confirm the technical execution against specifications and standard.
