Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / Diploma in Ceramic Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Tiles/Ceramic
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to achieve the quality & quantity of the production in the shift.
∎ To check the production at the presses for the required parameters & for any defects.
∎ To check the press output every the hour for any quality defects & rectification.
∎ To counter check the polished Tiles 'A' grade quality every one hour & inform to the Production/Technical Manager.
∎ To take timely decisions in solving the problems related to the department in co-ordination with the Technical/Production Manager.
∎ To follow the production quantity according to the schedule & sales demand.
∎ To follow the model changes in co-ordination with the production Manager & laboratory in charge & be prepared with production schedule.
∎ To follow the production quality according to the standard requirements.
∎ To have good communication with all the departments in order to solve the quality related problems.
∎ To follow with the Mechanical & Electrical in charges regarding the operations of the machines.
∎ To ensure the presence of the allocated manpower in each shift in all the departments for effective operations.
∎ To maintain production records in the shift.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Candidate must have practical working experience in any Ceramics Tiles & Sanitary Ware manufacturing company.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Young, dynamic, proactive & smart.
∎ Fluent both in English & Bengali.
∎ Capable of handling multitasking & work under pressure.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive Salary and other fringe benefits will be offered to a desiring candidate.
